Before requesting a return

Please contact support@novaloom.best before returning an item. Include your order number, the item concerned and the reason for your request.

Return eligibility depends on the item condition, the reason for the request and applicable consumer rights. Items should not be sent back without instructions from our support team.

Condition and refunds

Where a return is accepted, the item may need to be unused, undamaged and returned with its original packaging. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method after the returned item is reviewed.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is caused by an error on our part.
