Where we currently ship

Checkout is currently available for addresses in the United States, Canada, and Brazil. We are working to add more destinations.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and seasonal demand. The delivery estimate supplied with your order is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Tracking and address changes

When tracking is available, it will be sent after dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, an address change may no longer be possible.

Delays or missing parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears lost, contact support with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
